15 baby chicks!!! Yep, got them Sunday and so far all is good. Chris' brother hatched some out for us and the kids are so excited about having chickens now! LOL Chris and the boys got the coop finished Sunday and nothing do them but go pick the babies up. Of course, they're in our basement overnight since it's too cool outside, but here shortly me and Cole will be taking them outside to roam around in their new coop. They should enjoy that!! We've got Leghorns, Rhode Island Reds and Barred Rock. I'll have to get some pics soon won't I?
It's a beautiful day here! I'm planning on getting new puppy pics afterwhile. They're 3 weeks old today....can't believe it! Took them outside just for a bit yesterday, they weren't sure at first, but kinda were ok after they checked things out. They are so cute! Ok, off to enjoy the sunshine, check the garden, take out the chicks and whatever else we can find to do. Actually I have SO much to do that I don't know where to start!! LOL Have a good one ya'll!
